Jennifer Keller
Jennifer Keller brings over 25 years of professional experience with expertise in business development, client services, event production, marketing, and sales team management. She has negotiated contracts and overseen the production of countless events since first starting in the events industry in 2000 as the Marketing & Events Director for Surface magazine.
In 2006, Jennifer joined The Kagency, a venue marketing and booking agency in New York City for special events and
pop-ups. At Kagency, Jennifer worked across industries with premier brands, production companies, and caterers, facilitating high-profile media events, product launches, fashion shows, editor events, as well as social and corporate gatherings. Within two years, she rose to Vice President and began managing the sales team in addition to her own venue roster.
After seven years at Kagency, Jennifer accepted the role of Regional Director at Wolfgang Puck Catering in her hometown of Dallas, Texas. At WPC, she led the catering sales teams at five of the city’s most prominent event destinations: Perot Museum of Nature and Science, AT&T Performing Arts Center, Nasher Sculpture Center, Union Station, and the iconic Reunion Tower. In 2015, Jennifer returned to New York City to assume the position of President at The Kagency (2015-2020). She continued to oversee the sales team and the agency’s day-to-day operations. In addition, she carved a new revenue niche by leveraging commercial retail along Broadway for pop-up events. With the trend on the rise, Jennifer worked with commercial owners to strategically expand the agency’s portfolio to include offerings throughout SoHo, Meatpacking District, Chelsea, and Williamsburg. Excited by the short term real estate market, Jennifer received her NYS Real Estate License in March 2020 and is currently a salesperson with Portman Realty. She founded Keller Consulting Group (KCG) later that year, in October 2020.
Kelsey Coxe
Kelsey Coxe entered the real estate realm in 2010 with York Commercial Properties in Raleigh, North Carolina. In 2011, she moved to New York City and worked in luxury concierge services before transitioning to The Kagency. As the agency's top earner, she assumed the presidency in 2020 and began leading the sales team in addition to her own roster.
At Kagency, Kelsey specialized in large format venues with
capacities of 150+. Given the multifaceted nature of these events, her venues often required TPAs and street permitting which afforded Kelsey a specialized skill set beyond standard contract negotiation, insurance, security, and operational costs.
Today, Kelsey is an integral part of Keller Consulting Group, partnering on a variety projects under the firm’s scope of work. As a licensed real estate salesperson (Portman Realty), Kelsey focuses on raw commercial retail and short-term lease assignments for multinational corporations seeking a footprint in New York. In all her endeavors, she strives to deliver a concierge-level of service to her clientele.
